So, I’m lucky enough to have space in the house for a gym, but it’s not enough space for lots of individual machines. So I wanted a multi-gym, but one that could do all the exercises I need. That’s when I found the @inspirefitness_uk FT2. The only multi-gym that I could do Smith squats, leg curls & leg extensions. Does all the upper body stuff, but obviously I’m limited to what I can do there! ? Right, before any of them negative people start saying it’s a publicity post, it actually isn’t. I was genuinely buzzing when I saw the FT2, because I wouldn’t have to compromise on exercises & just want to pass on a recommendation. ??
