Tuesday: Doujiang 豆浆 fresh homemade soy milk, lightly sweetened, youtiao 油条 literally an "oil stick" fresh from Wulumuqi Lu (see my Stories!) with a dabing 大饼 a flaky pastry cooked in a tandoor and a cup of black tea, or as the Chinese call it red tea 红茶 because I need caffeine no matter what! ☕️?? And it's all also vegan (although most shaobing are made with lard so do check!)
