by @studiorba Our latest proposal in the Baltic Triangle of Liverpool. A residential led mixed used development in the heart of the coolest place in the city. We're renovating the existing red brick factory building below, completely replacing all windows with black crittall style ones, creating a grand entrance on the corner and extending upwards 4 storeys! With 3 of those floors finished in a black engineering brick. We've kept the design simple by mirroring the rhythm and proportion of the existing building below. Currently in for planning consent.
