Ingredients:
150g Digestive biscuit
70g Melted butter
250g Vanilla Ice-cream
250g Matcha Ice-cream
150g Coating Chocolate
.
Directions:
1. Mix finely crushed digestive biscuits and melted butter together.
2. Flatten the mixture in a rectangular tray.
3. Spread vanilla and matcha ice-cream on top.
4. Put the tray in the freezer for ~6hr until solidify.
5. Once set, cut with a kitchen knife, dip into coated chocolate. Enjoy!
