Can u relate to this?? I definitely can ??‍♀️ for me it's just before bed I start to over think/ over analyse everything that happened that day or what may happen the next day/week. 'It could have gone better, I could have done better, what happens if I have to do that tomorrow, was that really a good decision I made today, did I send that email, what am I going to wear tomorrow, how will I fit everything in, oh shit I forgot to cancel that meeting, why did I agree to do that tomorrow,I didn't rehearse that enough' It results in me going to bed a lot later than I would like & then worried that I now won't get enough sleep to feel my best for something important the next day. It feels like I get into bed & I have drunk a red bull & a double espresso. My brain won't switch off! When this happens I try to write down everything in my head & prioritise. Is it actually worth worrying about Friday's meeting now? No not really, I'll deal with that Thursday. Also I have learnt how to celebrate the successes in a day & not dwell on anything that has gone wrong. We are all human.. let it gooooooo ? If u can relate to this or anything listed below. Give my FREE @withselflove Confidence Course a go. Link in my bio ?????????? Obsessing over what we should say/should have said/did say/didn’t say. Worrying incessantly about who we are and how we are measuring up to the world. Creating fearful what-if scenarios. Wild, imagined results of our own wild, imagined faults and incompetencies. Worrying about a multitude of obsessive thoughts, sometimes scary ones and thinking about them constantly Thinking — overthinking — a tumbling chain of worries, vague thoughts, and specific thoughts. #withselflove #confidence #confidencecourse #health #mentalhealth #anxietyquotes #anxietyawareness #rwlfitties #overthinking #overwhelmed #anxious
