One of my biggest and most important “happiness” practices is taking time to be grateful. The easiest way to do that is to pause, take a deep breath and clear your mind. I can usually set the tone of my day by what I think/do first thing in the morning, so my ritual while I’m still in bed is to think of something I’m grateful for. This morning I was grateful for my 4am wake up call! Sounds a little crazy right? Not today, because it meant that I was heading to the set of #biggermovie. Changing my perspective and the meaning behind things has helped me engrain this practice into my everyday life. I hope it helps you too! ?
