完成！！オーガニックエディブルフラワーは、紅白のイメージで。アレルギーのある子もそうでない子も、2個3個とおかわりしてくれて本当にびっくりしました。息子は2個完食！今回この光景を目の当たりにして、これを作るためにヴィーガンスイーツやる決心したんだなぁと。頑張ってやって来て良かった。アレルギーでもそうでなくても、皆んなで美味しく食べられることは幸せなんだと思う。子供達はもちろん、制限が必要な大人達にも喜んでもらいたい。この幸せの連鎖がますます広がりますように❤️
今後も心を込めて作ります。
My vegan shortcake is finished!
My vision was to use red and white, organic flowers as a celebration of Japan.
I was pleasantly surprised because even kids with allergies could eat two or three cakes, in a row—even my own son ate two cakes without any issues!
This is the reason why I became a vegan pâtissier. I feel happy and confident about my decision and this experience has reinforced that confidence.
Everyone, whether they have allergies or not, can enjoy sweets together. Not only kids, but adults that may be concerned with their diet too. It’s a wonderful thing.
And I want to share it with the world. I will continue making sweets with all of my heart.
