One lesson that's been drilled into me lately by my ahmazing spin & yoga instructor @chelslowe ❤️ is the importance of setting intentions. My intention for this week is ACTION. I believe we all intuitively know what we need to do to set ourselves up for opportunity and success, the hiccup is actually acting on those list items. I know so many people with the greatest ideas and hardly any that have actually acted on them. So my intention this week is to do everything I can think of to make myself better, pursue my out of the box ideas, and to set my future self up for the best opportunity to succeed that I can. It's hard, it means putting yourself out there, being willing to fail or make a fool of yourself, it means asking for things you don't know if you can get, talking to people who know way more than you do, etc etc and it can be scary... but ironically it's Halloween week so what better time to set this intention am I right?? ?
