Just wrapped up in #NuevoVallarta Mexico with @tripvalet and Chef Alfredo at the new Beach area at #Marival Residences with some options you can find on just about any menu when you’re not able to cook! As a follow up from my previous post, there are a million reasons it's important to have health and fitness goals, but spending an eternity relentlessly chasing perfection is exactly what life isn't about. Fitness is a LIFESTYLE and you can most certainly maintain healthy habits and STILL ENJOY YOUR LIFE. The key is always finding something that is SUSTAINABLE and fits into your routine!
