Make sure you do the "Bunny Hops" at the end of the routine, while straddling the bench, as it aids in "Lymph Drainage" which helps to detox your body, thus getting rid of cellulite and stubborn trapped fat. JNL MOVES/6 Fat Crushing & Muscle Toning Moves: 1. "Touch & Go" Squats. As soon as your booty hits the bench, squeeze up, while pulling in the long bar for an added upper body toning move. 2. Weighted Glute Bridge Hip Thrusts-Squeeze the entire time, from lowering the bar to the top of the move. 3. Heel Clicks & Booty Claps w/ ankle weights-Keep feet higher than booty, and "clap" your feet together fast, in and out, squeezing the glutes. 4. Behind the head shoulder press with "Touch & Go" squats over bench. 5. Long bar weighted step ups on bench, alternating feet up, with a full deep squat off the bench. 6. Bunny Hops Forward & Back, helps promote drainage of the lymph, thus fighting off cellulite, and hard to target fat.
