This underwater sinkhole was discovered by marine biologist @johnny_gaskell off the @whitsundaysqld. Johnny discovered the spectacular spot on Google Maps before deciding to venture deep into one of the #GreatBarrierReef's largest lagoons. He was stunned by the abundance of coral colonies growing here - "huge birdsnest corals and super elongated staghorn corals, both of which were among the biggest and most delicate colonies I've ever seen."
