You’ve heard the phrase, “loving the public lands to death.” That’s a legit description. Sometimes people have misconceptions about what is and is not acceptable when it comes to good stewardship. They leave crumbs for wildlife, let their dogs run rampant, and poop, well, everywhere. This is not intentionally nefarious behavior. It’s typically because people don’t know better. Ambassador @findingwildplaces has spent the past year and a half traveling the country to connect with people and educate them on how to best care for their public lands so they remain a national treasure—and not a tragedy of the commons.
