It's competition time again! Worldcup in Kranj ?? is coming up this weekend which is definitely one of my favorite comps!
Since end of September I have been taking my training a bit easier, I climbed outside and trained mostly stuff that I was psyched on. It seemed to work, because I feel pretty good right now. Even after all these years of training I'm still fascinated how the body reacts sometimes, it's so hard to tell what the best solution is to get in your best shape. Sometimes less training is definitely helpful.
