Enjoyed my first ever park run this morning in my home city at Hagley Park. Nice bonus to break the female course record with my 17.13 time and 4th overall (fun chasing the men)

Good endurance work for the 800s. Well done to all, was fun to be a part of a community run with 237 people taking part.
