This #TransformationTuesday is a little bit different... ?

I wanted to give a realistic look at my life... I'm aware I post a lot of salad pics and workout vids etc and I must come across almost a little smug... ??- I'm definitely not!
I like to train and look after myself- but I love living my life to the full... Balance is KEY!! So here I am, proving that you can enjoy life and have treats and things you enjoy (maccies and gin) while still feeling good about yourself and having fun (EMAs) as long as you train hard and can understand the importance of moderation (last self indulgent half naked pic!) ?? My body isn't perfect... But I'm proud of who I am and I hope all you ladies out there are too!!
