Characters from Greek mythology are illustrated by @ignasimonreal for the #GucciGift campaign. Atlas, condemned by Zeus to the tiring task of holding up the sky on his shoulders for eternity, is interpreted by the artist into a contemporary figure of a freelancer. “Here, caught at his weaker moment, Atlas is a bit tired. He's wearing his pajamas because he works from home,” says Ignasi Monreal on his modern spin of the titan, who is pictured with a #GucciCruise18 men’s leather tote printed with stars and bees. Hades, the god of the Underworld, depicted with a gas ring above his head that represents the element of fire wears a men’s striped wool hat with a bee.
