On this Haitian adventure, deep in the jungled farmland of Bayonaise, we found a TINY pup near one of our learning sites for @LideHaiti. Ribs showing. Teetering around from hunger. We found out it was a voodoo pup. Chunks of his ears had been cut off for some inane voodoo ceremony and he was cast away to die, red string tied around his neck. Literally HUNDREDS of fleas. We are rescuing this little guy - getting him to a vet today and we’re going to take him back to the states so he can live in the sumptuous materialistic lassitude of suburban Los Angeles. His name? Ti Bagay = Little thing. Ti Bagay, Voodoo dog. @holidayreinhorn
