How many of you have ever started a workout program, extremely motivated to reach your goals, and then after a few weeks lost the motivation to continue???‍♀️ A huge mistake that people make when starting anything in life is to work solely off of motivation- to hold onto the expectation that they will continue to be excited and eager to get their workout in or stick to a nutrition plan.
