When you ate too many gum leaves and you need to sleep it off... ? @kangarooislandodysseys spotted this gorgeous mother koala and her chubby joey snoozing in a tree at the @hbwsanctuary in @southaustralia recently. Hanson Bay Wildlife Sanctuary is an excellent place to spot koalas on @authentickangarooisland; you can take a guided or self-guided tour here. The sanctuary's even got beachfront cabins that you can stay overnight at, if you want to prolong the koala-spotting magic!
