Can you tell I just woke up from a nap?🙊
feeling a little under the weather & had my Humira injection this week to keep my Crohn’s disease in remission. I decided it might be smart to let my body rest even though I wanted to lift! I’m headed back to work/ the gym now for a cardio session & some #abs -then I’ll be training my clients until 9pm. I wake up at 4:30am on weekdays so today hit me hard for some reason -the weeks of my shot always seem to get me sick or slow me down🙄It’s all about balance, listen to your body & #staystrong ❤️let’s finish this week off like a boss😘 #crohnsdisease #struggles #positivity #mindset
