A few months ago in Australia, I sat down with my friend @JulesSebastian for her show ‘Tea With Jules’ ☕️?- Jules has a theory that tea evokes conversation, and she is right. We covered lots including how kindness and assertiveness can co-exsist in leadership (but as you will see from the above excerpt, I was useless at the assertive part when I was starting out, when I had to confront someone who was stealing money from the business). We also chat about why having empathy in leadership is important, Jules asks me what feminism means to me, and we also talk about why I published The Force Has To Be Female article on the @SamanthaWillsFoundation.⠀
