As pre-season training has started I though I would document my progressive work at the gym with my trainer @mathiouhealthservices . This is a little teaser of today’s upper body session. At the end of each week I will post on my blog a run down of which days we worked, which we rested and a detailed list of exercises and how I felt after. ——————
