Let’s be honest…it’s often more difficult than it may seem to celebrate your worth and find value within. While we theoretically understand that it is indeed within ourselves that we must find that value, taking a shortcut is all too simple and appealing. So, we compare ourselves. We see others, we quickly size ourselves up and too often decide that we somehow fall short. As an athlete, I’m still working to apply concepts to my own life that I KNOW to be true on the field of play… We must run our own race. When we’re too busy looking at those around us, we can never be the best versions of ourselves. This week, let’s cut the excess noise and allow ourselves to enjoy the flow of our own, unique paths. #selflove
