Depression is inflammation in the brain.
It is a biological hardware problem. Yet, a lot of people say, “Oh if I’m depressed it’s just me. I guess I should just, you know, be in a better mood.”
Screw that noise.
Fix the hardware and the depression will lift. That’s how it works.
