Please read: I took these photos during my trip to Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument. It's one of the most breathtaking places I've been. But in an illegal move, President Trump removed protections for Grand Staircase and Bear's Ears National Monument. These public lands could see a reduction as much as 2 million acres for development and the extraction of fossil fuels. This would be the largest reduction of public lands in history. Our presidents should create and save public lands for the people, not sell them out to corporations.
