Food Hack Sunday Y(^ ^)Y woohoo~~ Such an awesome way to create a X’mas-themed bento with @tesco.sg today, plus a little surprise if you read till the end!
Step 1: Mix 1 packet of Tesco Plain Instant Mash Potato + 250ml of boiling water briskly until smooth. Then shape into 2 large round balls, add seaweed and carrot strips to complete Snowman.

Step 2: Pan grill Tesco 5 Wild Alaskan Salmon Fillets until skin is nice and crisp with the flesh still a little pink. Top with a homely tartar sauce easily made with 1 hardboiled egg + Tesco Organic Mayonnaise + lemon zest & juice, salt & pepper.
Step 3: Can’t forget dessert – a delectable combo of Tesco Strawberry Cheesecake and Tesco finest* Chocolate Ice Cream! Simply defrost the cheesecake, slice, and place in a small baking paper cup to act as a separator and fit in the box.
