Went to the prescreening tonight for "The Beguiled," directed by Sofia Coppola and based on the novel of the same name by Thomas P. Cullinan. Starring Colin Farrell, Nicole Kidman, Kirsten Dunst, and Elle Fanning, it's a beautifully eerie film taking place in Virginia during the Civil War... and I could go on and on about the movie but I'll leave it to here because you should check it out in theaters on February 23rd, 2018. The last scene though - totally reminded me of a rewinded version of the stretching room in the Haunted Mansion. Creepy.
今夜は ELLE CINEMA NIGHT「ビガイルド〜欲望のめざめ」の最速試写会に行ってきました！ソフィア・コッポラ監督、コリン・ファレル、ニコール・キッドマン、エル・ファニングとキルスティン・ダンスト主演。アメリカの南北戦争を設定に起きるちょっとしたスリラー。特に最後のシーンはディズニーのホーンテッドマンションの伸びる部屋を巻き戻した感じがなんとも不気味でした。2018年2月23日からロードショーなので、是非観に行ってください。
