Sharing a bit of my journey with breastfeeding this third time around and some of the challenges I faced today on the blog. It's something I don't usually talk about or share openly, but after all that I went through these last few months, I thought sharing my story might help even just one person facing similar challenges. There is definitely a stigma these days around formula fed babies, and while I am fully aware that 'breast is best' if that is an option for you, sometimes we don't know the paths other mothers are walking or the struggles they are facing that might have led to that decision.
