One year ago today I was not in a great place and somehow found myself at a dinner party in east london with 10 strangers, something I’d never usually do, but figuring things couldn’t get much worse I decided to try saying yes and forced myself out. That night I met some of the most intelligent, inspiring, caring and driven people I have in a long time, who have continued to touch my life in so many ways this year. So if you’re looking for a new years’ resolution I highly recommend trying out the power of yes, you never know where it might take you and who you might meet.
