And I was surprised when waiter passed us a guide which explain how to have it?Hehehe,let me interpret this? 1.mix up wasabi and soy sauce enough 2.pour 1 into rice bowl 3.taste 2 much( Yummy?) 4.order another rice bowl 5.put white fishes on the rice bowl and pour broth(we call this ochazuke(お茶漬け) in Japanese) This traditional way to eat may sounds difficult for you,but I promise you'll enjoy this process well?
