American @biney.biney has become the first black woman to qualify for a U.S. Olympic speedskating team. The 17-year-old confirmed her spot with a pair of victories in the 500m at the U.S. Olympic team trials in Utah. The first black American speedskater was Shani Davis, who won back-to-back 1000m Olympic golds at Turin 2006 & Vancouver 2010.
