Good morning and happy Tuesday, or Wednesday for some of you! I hope this weeks begun beautifully in your world, and that as the end of the year approaches, you’ve taken time to see how perfectly things unfold in your favor with a positive perspective! Now’s a great time to start working on a New Years resolution, if you haven’t got one in mind already. I’ve decided to stick to something simple and attainable; actively being more patient and empathetic for others, and doing more for those who cannot do for themselves. It will be a challenge to reroute those neural pathways, as often I’m impatient, short-tempered, and a perfectionist, but I have learned that consciously exuding love, gratitude and patience during those times helps me defeat those petty human triggers. -
