Christmas Eve practice! This is my favorite drill I use when I practice my putting. Started using this drill 6 years ago. - I’ve got a chalk line(straight putt)
- 6 tees to help with my path(3 tees on either side of the putter roughly about 4-5 inches apart for each other)
- 2 tees about 2 feet in front of the ball to make sure I start the ball on line. (Tees are just wider than a ball width.
This drill accomplishes a number of things. -Aiming your putter on the intended start line. -Making sure your eyes are in the proper positions so your putter matches up with the chalk line
-Making sure the putter is going back and coming thru on correct path
-Starting the ball on the correct line. Face and path have to return to the correct position to accomplish this.
