My top nine pictures of 2017 generated by “likes” didn’t really feel like me. These are the ones I choose. This year has taught me to lean into everything in ways I didn’t think were possible. To work, to friendship, to love, to family, to myself. The outside world feels like a wild animal half the time and I can’t begin to imagine how to tame it. I can only study it and try to allow it to be. These are some moments where I felt like I was riding the waves with just the tiniest bit of grace. Thank you for being a wonderful teacher 2017. I’m glad not to repeat this grade, but it was certainly a good education. #2017 #byefelicia
