A few years ago I stopped making New Years “resolutions”. Instead, I choose a theme or phrase that encompasses my intention for the year & can be infused into all aspects of my life. •?? • • Coming in to 2017 my theme was CAPACITY ✨♥️ I wanted to expand the capacity for how much I can hold, do, create, and endure. I tested my perceived limits & then pushed past them! Many times it was painful or frustrating. But, from where I sit now, it was SO worth it. Sitting through the discomfort, digging a little deeper, and going a little harder has prepared me for what’s ahead. • • I haven’t committed to my theme for 2018 yet, but I know it has something to do with making bold moves & elevating. • • What about you?? If you had one to describe your intention for the New Year in one word what would it be?
