2017, what year. We’re all still processing our shock at what rose to the surface, what was there all along, what some were privileged enough to have been able to ignore.
Until this year.

The need for consciousness, for less 40 character opinion, more conversation, less knee-jerking, more listening.
To collectively understand the need to acquire knowledge outside our existing belief systems.
To stay awake.
And in the case of Eric and Erica Garner, and the many others dying regularly in the arms of law enforcement, for sweeping criminal justice reforms. KayX
