We can all see a bull elk and appreciate it’s beauty no matter what your ethnic, sexual orientation, or socio-economic background. It’s hard to deny beauty in nature no matter where you’re from. Maybe that’s the most important part of social media, finding the things that unite us. My goal over the course of the next year is to use social media as a source to simply bring people together from different backgrounds to appreciate the world around us. As they say, Keep it Simple right? We don’t need barriers if we can stand on common ground. I think that’s probably the most important lesson that wildlife has taught me.
