Although January 1, 2018 is the start of a new year, I hope to be willing to make fresh starts all the time. I hope to always remain teachable and to recognize things that aren’t serving me or my divine purpose more swiftly. I’m getting older but wiser. Experience is a gentle guide.
However, I make mistakes, I hurt people, I take things personally...I am still learning. And that is ok. We all are.
Ultimately, my goal is to choose to grow and pursue happiness and personal freedom with unrelenting rigor and passion. Especially when it’s uncomfortable and painful. That’s when I know I am really making progress and growing the most. My goal is to also be willing to hone my craft of artistry. Experiment and try new things in that craft. To be bold and courageous in my work. To not let the fear of the unknown deter me on my path. Meanwhile, taking those I love and learn from along the way.
It’s not a race but a journey.
Let’s all be kind, love with all our hearts and share that love to our highest ability, give what we can, lend a hand to our fellow man, read and travel. Travel often.
