Ok - so it’s the 1st. Did you wake up motivated this morning or are you still convincing yourself ‘tomorrow will be the day’ you begin your resolution? What is it you wish to change or accomplish this year and what are you doing differently to get there?

Why do some of us stay ‘stuck’ and fail to take action? Most people know what they 'should' do. But if there isn't a meaningful reason to change the behavior, it's likely the attempt towards the goal will fall short!

Define your why. Why do you want to make this change? What would it mean to you and others in your life if you made these changes? Who you are making these changes for?

Making changes for others isn’t always long-lasting. Your motivation must connect with your heart and the reason for the change must mean something personally to you!

Sit down, think about this and write down your goal. Was this the same goal you had last year? Why weren’t you able to achieve it? How will your life change if you do stick to it? Take action with clear intent and you might just find it’s that much easier to stick to!
