I was training legs almost every day + cardio, eating about 1700 calories a day. I’ve always been petite so gaining weight was not easy. HOW DID I BUILD A BOOTY? I now train legs/booty every 2 days, do very little cardio, eat about 2500 calories a day, and I stay consistent. Today I am very happy with where I am. And I am proud to say that I’ve done this in the gym, naturally. I have never had any sort of procedure done on my body and i never will. I take pride in being fully natural. My small boobs? I absolutely love them 💯 I want girls to feel comfortable being themselves! Brings a smile to my face knowing that I WORKED hard for this booty 🍑I mean-it’s been years, and no one can take that away from me! Say what you want, I take it as a compliment. 😝🤟🏽 Side note: in the midst of making gains, I transitioned to a plant based diet and it’s been a year and a half now, I do not eat animals or dairy products. I feel better than ever. I want to thank all of you for your love & support. ❤️ 2018 I’m ready for you. Low key I’ve been to the gym 1 time in the last 2.5 weeks 🙃 gave myself a lil holiday break.
