It's that time of year when we bake up our beautiful Galette des Rois (or “Kings Cake”) available through 14th January. Enjoy this classic French tradition, made with almond frangipane filled inside a flaky puff pastry crust, with your friends and family. To take part, slice the cake by the number of guests, while the youngest guest hides under the table and decides the order of who is given each slice. Whoever finds the fève (or small hidden charm) in their slice is deemed king or queen for the day!
