Colfer says: 'I was harassed at school every day, called ‘faggot’, I had things taped to my back.' The actor, 22, explains how since his sister had such a severe form of epilepsy that she was having up to 50 seizures a day, he didn't want to burden his busy parents with his own problems. 'For most of my adolescence I was in my bedroom writing or watching things I shouldn’t be watching on TV, like Nip/Tuck [another Mr Murphy show],' he says. 'And I was obsessed with superheroes. I had this thing where I wanted to be rescued. The other kids wanted to be Superman, but I thought Lois Lane kind of had the best deal.'

#QOTD: Yes I have, it was mostly for my voice back in elementary school, I would get teased because how high it was, it sometimes happens on a rare occasion. And my mom was my bully for awhile when I didn’t listen to her about “going the right direction” when I thought I was gay and I was still with my partner at the time. Oh and I also got teased for being a little big(my stomach). OH! And on Sarahah.com, if you know me from @hummel._.kurt since the start from it, I was bullied there a lot too and on thiscrush.com, it was scary and terrible and just plain mean.
