The place is epic and questionably stable. This area was where the minerals were removed form individual pits that had elevators from the chambers below, then collected and removed to the loading station outside the mine by some sort of large machines. To do this, the mining company removed what looks like the inside of a skyscraper from the inside of the mountain and left carved supports so the place wouldn’t pancake. These supports are all that stood between us and a pile of rubble… so we climbed them.”
