As many of you know, after 52 days and 1046 km, Ben Saunders arrived at the South Pole where he made the tough call to end his #TransAntarcticSolo. Ben's food supply was depleting, so he ultimately decided it was not safe enough to continue his journey. He spent nights in the South Pole waiting for the Ilyushin Aircraft to take him from Antarctica to Punta Arenas in Chile. Ben touched down at Heathrow on Monday, where he was welcomed by his fiancé Pip and his family. We want to thank Ben for being our inspiration and for allowing us to follow his dream.
