My #wcw goes out to #highfivesathlete Allyson Mallory @snowgirl027. Allyson and I share a lot in common including being goal oriented crossfit athletes, previous Southern California residents and loving the feeling of sliding down the side of a mountain. Working as a principle in Littleton, CO it was a little over a year ago when Allyson fell in the park after hitting jump and landed directly on her back. She was paralyzed upon impact. Last week, along with the @hi5sfoundation I got to be a part of her 1st experience back on snow since her injury.
