#30DaysOfFitnessChallenge day 9! I have worked out 9 days in a row so far, some really hardcore days, and on my rest days just an easy hike or 15 minutes on the rowing machine, and It feels amazing! I’ve been sharing about it on my story a bunch cuz It keeps me accountable and I know I’ll have a whole bunch of witnesses If I fail!
