The doctor said I can start training again. I wanted to start off with something effective yet not over strenuous as my body has still not fully healed after giving birth. I got back on @ddpyoga via an app on my phone. I’ve signed back up to a personal program and I’m working out again. Just from one session my aching back felt a little looser and less pain. And I’m doing it at home so it’s ok to do it in my pjs ? Just as soon as my baby gives me a little break from feeding him ??? Thank you @diamonddallaspage for an amazing workout plan ??? —
