Hay momentos en los que tenemos que reflexionar y darnos cuenta en que estamos poniendo nuestra energia. Ya que con facilidad perdemos el rumbo de lo que queremos y nos distraemos usando nuestra energia en cosas que no son importantes. Meditar y reflexionar es algo que deberiamos hacer a diario, a mi me ayuda a estar present y recordar lo que quiero en esta vida. Quien de vosotras ha meditado alguna vez? ❤️?

There are times when we have to think and realize where are we putting our energy. Since we easily lose the direction of what we want and we get distracted using our energy in things that are not important.
