Great to finally check out my buddy’s gym @joeptessex Great space for one on one training. #essex area. Check him out. Today we did some strength on squats then volume on shoulders before I headed off to a spin class, headed by this really gorgeous girl. @mandykarimloo ... I couldn’t take my eyes off her. ...... SQUATS .. 3 warm up sets 40/50/60 % of 1 rm) x 5 each .. then 5 x 75% - 3 x 85% - 2 x 95% ... then 5 sets of 10 at 50% with a minute rest in between. (11 sets of squats total) ....then four rounds of the shoulder movements. The three moves done as a superset with ten reps each ... four rounds .. minute rest in between each. #exercise #training #squats
