Mom gets so many questions about having a cockatoo... can we buy one ...is a too a kind bird ...are they all so Funny ...? My answer is always No they are not always Funny ..!! Harley is one of a kind and is not like the most Cockatoos ...Harley is very playful ..not all too’s are . They need a lot of your time to raise them up to a socialised bird .And a too can be very loud , screaming loud ..and they can bite out of nothing ... you have to deal with this all ..its not like ohhh we buy one for a year it is a lifetime commitment ..!!! A cockatoo is very emotional and need a lot of attention and love ...they dont like be caged and lonely they will get stressed and become plucking .When you have questions ask me and Please DON’T buy a Cockatoo in. Impulse buy ??.... Think think and read and ask owners her what it is to have a too .....?? ( Sorry when my English is not so good but my main language is Dutch ?)
